This acquisition allows Federal Resources to increase their footprint on the Hazmat training arena. Federal Resources is recognized for their new equipment and scenario based training on CBRNE predominant equipment.
The scope of this contract includes procurement, training, sustainment, equipment fielding and life cycle management in support of customers whose primary focus is Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) defense and detection.
The three (3) year contract, with two (2) option years, includes procurement of clothing for the Air National Guard’s Fire Departments, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) detection equipment, fully equipped MEOC trailers, as well as equipment to construct and maintain military air bases throughout Afghanistan and Iraq.
Soldiers from installations across the county traveled to Yakima Training Center (YTC) at the beginning of May to train together and become certified as part of the Army’s Defense Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high- yield Explosives (CBRNE) Response Force (DCRF).
